Comment: The cover is painted. The paint starts to scratch off right away, tons of scratches within a weak. Also, the top and bottom are not even the same shade of blue. Also, the bottom does not fit the phone correctly and therefore is loose. I emailed the seller and they replaced it right away, but the replacement was the same quality.
